Terms and Conditions for Ahvaesbounce llc

Effective Date: Day of reservation

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including but not limited to the rental, delivery, and operation of bounce houses, inflatables, and related products. By booking, renting, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Reservation:

All bookings must be made at least [insert number of days] days in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of 50.00 is required to secure your reservation.

Full payment is due prior to or on the day of delivery.

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.


2. Delivery and Setup:

Delivery and setup times will be arranged upon booking.

Our staff will set up the bounce house at the designated area agreed upon before delivery. The area must be clear of any debris, sharp objects, or obstacles.

A responsible adult must be present during setup to oversee the process.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the setup area is safe and suitable for the equipment. If the area is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery without a refund.


3. Use and Supervision:

A responsible adult must supervise the use of the bounce house at all times. Children should not be left unattended while in the inflatable.

The number of participants must not exceed the maximum weight limit or capacity specified for the inflatable. The limits will be communicated during the booking process.

The bounce house is to be used only for its intended purpose (e.g., bouncing, jumping). Any misuse or unsafe activities such as climbing on the walls or rough play may result in immediate termination of service.

Absolutely no food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed inside the inflatable.

In case of rain, strong winds (over 15 mph), or lightning, the inflatable should be deflated and not used until the conditions improve.


4. Liability and Safety:

Ahvaesbounce not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the bounce house, either to the participants or to surrounding property.

The customer agrees to hold Ahvaesbounce harmless from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from the use of the inflatable.

The customer is responsible for the safety of all participants during the rental period.


5. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 1 to 2 days of the rental date will forfeit the deposit.

In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), Ahvaesbounce may cancel or reschedule the rental with no penalty, and a full refund will be issued for any prepaid amounts.


6. Damages and Cleaning:

The customer is responsible for any damage to the inflatable during the rental period. If the inflatable is returned with damage, the customer may be charged for repairs or replacement.

If the inflatable is returned excessively dirty (e.g., food, mud, or debris), an additional cleaning fee may be charged.


7. Rental Period:

The rental period will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Extended rental periods may be arranged for an additional fee.

Pickup will occur at the agreed-upon time. Failure to vacate the inflatable on time may result in additional charges.


8. Property Damage:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the area around the inflatable is free from hazards, such as sharp objects, pet waste, or any other dangerous materials.

The customer agrees to compensate for any damage caused to the inflatable, surrounding property, or any other rental equipment caused by improper handling or negligence.


9. Privacy and Data:

Ahvaesbounce respects your privacy. We collect personal information to facilitate bookings and for communication purposes only.

Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.


10. Miscellaneous:

Ahvaesbounce reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on our website or provided upon request.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado
